4th of July Weekend

We spent our four days off in Oregon with Zed's family. We didn't get much sleep, but we had a ton of fun. Mia is also learning how to reach for things and loves putting her feet in her mouth. Enjoy the pictures!

Zed's Initial Solo

He flew for about 45min with no one but him in the plane. It's tradition to get dunked after your first solo. Your classmates "catch" you and then throw you in a pool of nasty water. Enjoy the pictures!

4 month checkup

Mia:
Weight - 13.5lbs (50th percentile)
Height - 23.5in (25th percentile)
Food - sweet potatoes, bananas, pears, carrots, rice cereal
Tricks - can sit unassisted for 30sec at a time, grabs at mobile, laughs when tickeled

Zed:
He has completed all flights required for his solo. Tomorrow he will be flying alone for about an hour and he seems pretty excited about it. I will get pictures of it and be sure to share.

Sam:
Nothing too new, working more than I would like. I'm getting a ton of experience with disciplining.

The Family:
We take off for Oregon on Thursday morning to celebrate Dallen and Chiara's wedding. We're excited to have a break and enjoy some time back out west and with family. Overall we're acclamating well to both of us working and keeping up a strong relationship with Mia.

Happy 4 months!

She's 4 months old and getting smarter every day. She's figured out how to use her feet to pick up dropped toys and is quite the conversationalist. She's also started eating baby food, not a fan of green beans but loves sweet potatoes.
